Joe is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of Information Technology and engineering consulting experience, primarily in the Telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Truthnote, Joe spent four years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as North American Telecommunications Industry Practice Lead and 18 years at Fujitsu Consulting.

At Fujitsu, Joe held several senior management and executive positions including North American CTO, Practice Lead for the Telecommunications Industry, Senior Vice president of Delivery Services and Vice President of Technology Services. Before his work at Fujitsu, Joe spent four years with AT&T Bell Laboratories and four years at Nuvatec Engineering Services.
